Glasgow Songwriters Supporting Oxfam, 10th December

Hello!

Apologies for the relative silence of late.  Things have been all go in the background, making progress with getting the album a few more steps closer to release.  Things are moving well and it should be not too long before I can confirm a release date.  Exciting stuff, but I'm keeping my cards close to my chest for the time being - watch this space!

The cancellation of tonight's rehearsal due to the inclement (bloody freezing!) conditions has given me some time to get caught up with a few things.  This includes letting you know about our last gig of 2010.

The talented and generally delightful Eoghan Colgan has invited me and the band to perform at his Glagsow Songwriters event at Stereo in Glasgow, on 10th December in aid of OXFAM.  All proceeds go to the charity, and you'll be treated to a night of the best of songwriting Glasgow has to offer.  As well as my good self, and Eoghan of course, there will also be performances from Julia and the Doogans, Alan Frew, Little Fire and a good few others.  It's really going to be a great night.

If you would like to come along, click here to buy tickets online.  (Yes, I know they've spelled my name wrong...  I'll let them off, since it's charity!)

Anyway, work to do, people to email, so I'll be off for now.  Wrap up and stay safe.

'Til next time,

A   x
